All international orders are final sale. House of Prisca does not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations for international orders once an order has been confirmed. Customers are solely responsible for verifying product details, sizing, shipping information, and destination regulations prior to placing an order.

Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. House of Prisca shall not be held liable for delays arising from customs clearance, courier handling, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and shall be borne entirely by the customer. House of Prisca shall not be responsible for any refusal, seizure, delay, or non-delivery of shipments due to customs regulations or non-payment of applicable duties or taxes.

House of Prisca reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any international order in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
